catchin up!

So it has been forever since I have posted anything . Sometimes I get a little to into updating things on Facebook and forget our blog. We had a wonderful Christmas and New Years. We are all doing really well. We are in the middle of redoing our guest bathroom, quite the project too. We made some expensive changes but all worth it. soon it will be one room down then onto hard wood floors. Madi is doing great in school and Jason and I are busy with our jobs as well. As soon as i have time to sit down with my camera and sort through the 100 plus pictures that are on it I will get some new ones up of our wonderful little family. Happy 2010 everyone.

Fall fun and the pumpkin patch

We had a great time at the pumpkin patch this weekend. we got to play with horses and pigs. Go on hayrides and paint pumpkins. IT was wonderful family time. Jason got home Saturday afternoon and we went to a shrimp boil, I couldnt have any but I hear it was great shrimp. Sunday was the pumpkin patch. Madi was so sad to leave and asked if we could come back the next day. She must not realize the hour drive to get there. I love my family time.

Our great weekend and sad goodbyes.

We had a great weekend as a family this weekend. We thought that Jason was going to have to leave on Saturday but were surprised to find out he didnt have to leave until Sunday. WE spent the whole day together. We went to the park and Madi and Jason Kayaked in the Bay. We played at the park and had some great fun. We learned about butterflies at the butterfly house and got a crystalis to take home. It hatched over night and we were ablt to play with our own little butterfly before we set it free. When the time came to take Jason to the hanger so he could leave Madi started feeling a little sad, then after they took off in the plane the tears came. We miss him so much when he has to leave. WE LOVE YOU DADDY
